We are looking for an independent adjuster who can handle property claims from Green Bay, WI down to Milwaukee on a part time basis. We are looking for 5-10 years minimum experience handling residential and small commercial property claims. Must have a good grasp on identifying and estimating wind, hail, fire and water damage claims. You will be required to climb roofs in order to properly assess wind and hail claims. Basic construction knowledge is a plus. Must know Xactimate estimating system and know how to put together inspection reports. Good negotiating and people skills are key to this position.
