The limit for any applicable coverage cannot be exceeded when calculating GCA. For estimating special or endorsement limits (i.e. Water Backup), use GCA fee schedule but not to exceed one graduated tier above applicable special or endorsement limit. T&E rates may apply to loss adjustment of fire, coverage disclaimer, theft/burglary, liability, large inventories, or complex losses requiring multiple visits or multiple elements, only with express written permission of Nat Gen. Simple disclaimers may be billed at lowest GCA fee. General Adjuster T&E rate may apply to complex loss investigations exceeding $150,000, only with express written permission of Nat Gen. Obvious Total loss to Coverage A that upon inspection are actual or insurable/constructive total loss will be billed at the General Adjuster T&E rate or using Valuation option at flat fee of $1,000. Contact Nat Gen for direction. Contact Nat Gen if mileage is expected to exceed 100 miles one way unless described otherwise in the schedule. Supplements and Reinspections will be billed at Time and Expense. Other Charges including ladder assist, aerial reports, tolls, parking, and other direct costs will be passed through to Nat Gen without markup. All adjustments include file set up, unlimited digital images, reports, management, QA, and overhead expense, and are non-billable. | ||
