Specialty Adjusting International is looking for Property Field Adjuster to handle first party property claims in the state of Ohio Qualifications include: 1. 2+ years of property adjuster field experience using Xactimate 2. Ability to perform physical inspections; climb roofs, enter crawlspace, etc. Ladder assists used for steep and complex roofs. 3. Fluent in English, with good writing and oral communication skills 4. Ability to meet client deadlines and prioritize workloads 5. Excellent customer service needed; ability to establish and maintain good rapport with insureds and claimants 6. Able to meet time requirements for 1st Contact (24hr contact), Inspection (within 72hrs) and Reporting (7 days after the inspection date) 7. Able to understand and comply with various client instructions and estimating guidelines. DMA works for many insurance carriers across the nation. 8. Helpful if experienced in using insurance claims systems (FileTrac); entering notes & using diaries to track claim files 9. You must hold a valid property adjuster license if required in your state 10 Strong computer skills; work from home, with full home office equipment setup 11. Must pass a background check as a condition of hiring 12.
