Wisconsin, Missouri and Florida
We are looking for million dollar sales people with a
background in adjusting and restoration sales.
The ideal candidate is well connected in his or her geographical area,
and is a tenacious sales person. The
ideal candidate must possess the following skill set and qualities but not
Almost always answers their phone. When they don’t answer their phone they acknowledge
the phone call with a text response and then follow up afterward.
Must be a stickler to follow up and is highly
Must report progress to superiors and have the
ability to oversee client contacts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to train end user clients as well as
oversee field inspectors per EEJIS protocol
Understands that service is key to the success
of any organization and takes an ownership pride in his or her work
The ability to immediately engage in the process
As an adjuster you are constantly re-inventing yourself year
to year. There is no residual income,
you must earn it year to year. Not to
mention the politics of adjusting which limit your ability to make the income
you’re more than capable of achieving. Not
so with this opportunity. As you
maintain your existing accounts they continue to generate residual income year
to year. Your only job is to maintain
your existing client base and provide superior service, while you add to your
revenue base by on-boarding new companies.
This is a straight commission sales opportunity. For every $3M dollar company you sign we turn
them into $5M. Your commission is $38K
on every $5M in sales. A CAT lasts approximately
3 months but the income stream lasts 3 to 4 months, therefore if you sign a
book of business that’s $10M in estimates, your commission is $72K. Do the math.
How long would it take you to get to $300K? If you’re the aggressive candidate, (the one
I’m really looking for) you’re a worker, and you find a way to blow past the

who build relationships with each of our client contractors. We offer full training in the field to get
you dialed in. We will assist you on
initial sales calls on how to properly vet the client, (some contractors we do
not want to work for) and we assist you with onboarding processes. In other words, we support you.
