If you were to fall off a roof the Petzl I'Ds is what will allow you to make a controlled descent to the ground. All Equipment for sale is new and only setup one time on my house. I tried it for 30 seconds and realized I am to old to be on steep roofs. Depending on the percentage of sales tax where you live this item is priced 22%-25% below retail.
