Allied American USA is Hiring an Experienced Adjuster Recruiter (Remote)Are
you an experienced insurance recruiter who is motivated to get our firm
the best adjusters in the industry? If so, Allied American USA is
looking for a seasoned hiring expert to expand our team with talented
adjusters.
ResponsibilitiesFind
adjusters and coordinate on-boarding during regular and CAT recruiting
and deployment; process all documents and required certificates
Process
and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates
for further consideration for specific roles such as daily field and
desk adjusters and examiners, CAT adjusters and examiners, flood
adjusters and examiners, field liability investigators and other
specialized roles
Place examiners inside clients’ offices or deploy to remote locations
Recruit
and on-board adjusters for specific deployments and events as required;
maintain detailed records of deployment rosters by specific client
and/or event
Provide thorough review of the deployment process to new adjusters, ensuring they know what to expect on their deployment.
Assist
on site at CAT deployment meetings to onboard and train adjusters to
include providing training materials, badging, develop PowerPoint
presentations
QualificationsAt least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
Current Adjusters License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to write and edit clearly
Experienced using Word, Excel, PDFs, and DocuSign
B.A. or equivalent work experience
15% travel involved, dependent on catastrophe event
